1. Returns
1.1. Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be Damaged or not as we Displayed, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Change of mind is not Eligible for a return and it can be exchanged.
1.2. Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Whatsapp -0755533833 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
1.3. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
2. Exchanges
2.1. Defective or Damaged Items:

2.2. Incorrect Items:
- If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

- Due to the nature of our products, shoes That you used are non-returnable.
